HR Capital Consulting STP makes its debut, a strategic initiative by HR Capital (People are People, 16 April 2026)

The HR consulting sector is enriched by a new company established under the name HR Capital Consulting STP. The new limited liability company is the result of an initiative by HR Capital, a firm specializing in Human Resources consulting, payroll services, high-end HRO, and digital HR systems, which has taken a further step in the development of the group. The group has been supporting companies for nearly forty years in personnel management through integrated, high value-added solutions.

Fully integrated into HR Capital’s operating model, STP Consulting aims to further specialize its consulting offering, which today faces increasing challenges due to the growing complexity of the regulatory and organizational landscape.

The task of outlining the objectives of the new company is entrusted to Leonardo Zaffiri, Chief Executive Officer of HR Capital: “In a scenario where human resource management is becoming increasingly complex and strategic, we want to continue to be a reliable partner for our clients, capable of combining professional expertise, innovation, and attention to their needs.”

The synergy between the “parent company” and HR Capital Consulting STP will therefore be very strong, working together on both payroll services and the development and implementation of the best technological solutions for personnel management.
