HR Capital is founded, a company that works alongside client companies with a team of dedicated professionals made up of highly experienced HR Specialists and HR Advisors, supported by cutting-edge technological platforms, to provide a fast and quality service to Clients.
1996
The era of digitalisation and process organisation begins.
2007
The company’s Quality Management System is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 by the certification body TÜV Italia.
2009
The HR CLOUD portal is implemented to further improve the quality and speed of the services offered. It is a full web tool – also accessible from smartphones and tablets – which allows, on the one hand, the constant entry of data related to processing and, on the other, consultation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2016
An innovative proprietary knowledge management portal developed in synergy with the Firm De Luca & Partners is created, which makes it possible to capitalise on the shared wealth of knowledge and, above all, to build on each client’s experiences to develop and enhance the experience on an on-going basis.
2019
In addition to the TÜV Italia quality certification, the Zucchetti Service Partner certification is obtained, which recognises the innovation of technologically advanced projects to support the outsourcing of business processes, certifying their quality with constant controls.
2021
The “HR Digital Services” Team is created, which puts us in a position to offer complete and customised solutions for the recording and management of attendance, expense reports, business travel and welfare, as well as personalised and dynamic reporting. The Team guarantees a reliable and accurate service, capable of meeting the needs of any type of company.
2022
The “HR Administration” Team is born, dealing with outsourcing of personnel administration activities, such as entering and reconciling attendance; control and management of INPS related issues such as illnesses, leave, maternity, Italian Law no. 104; management of supplementary pension funds and health care, fringe benefit management.
