  • analysis of concrete cases and related operational solutions (problem solving);
  • analysis and evaluation of the organisational needs of the company in order to identify the most appropriate contractual types for new additions in relation to the opportunities offered by the labor market;
  • concise opinions on particular cases highlighted  by the company or on legal rules or collective agreements of doubtful interpretation;
  • assistance in the management of the company/employee contractual relationship from start to end;
  • drafting of individual fixed-term, indefinite, professional apprenticeship contracts, etc.;
  • drafting of notices of recognition increases and/or incentives, transfer, job change and/or framework, non-competition agreements, specific contractual clauses;
  • assistance in the phase of termination of the employment relationship: drafting of documentation necessary for the unilateral or consensual termination of the relationship and for out-of-court transactions followed directly by the Human Resources Department;
  • assistance in the management of disciplinary proceedings;
  • transfer of the fifth of salary; payment delegation; attachment to third parties;
  • support in the obligations necessary for the installation of audiovisual systems or other equipment that involve remote control of the activity of the workers referred to in art. 4 of the Workers’ Statute;
