Disciplinary Proceedings
  • advice on the possibility of initiating disciplinary proceedings pursuant to art. 7 of Law 300/1970;
  • preparation of the letter of objection and the subsequent adoption of the measure in accordance with the legal requirements and collective agreement or closure of the disciplinary procedure;
  • assistance and participation, also as arbitrator, in conciliation before the college ex art. 7 L. n. 300/1970 established by the competent Territorial Labour Inspectorate in the event of an out-of-court appeal of the disciplinary measure adopted.
