opinions on company spin-offs, transfers of (branches) of the company, personnel reorganisations, multiple individual redundancies and collective redundancy procedures;
drafting of contract transfer agreements;
fringe benefits: attribution to employees, contribution and taxation;
preparation of internal regulations on different topics such as working hours and reimbursement of expenses and trips, etc..
preparation and updating of the disciplinary code according to the provisions of law and collective agreements applied;
support in the management of company remuneration policies through the preparation of incentive plans, MBO, and medium and long-term premium award letters.
