  • support in evaluations for the correct classification of workers;
  • creation of employee salary packages;
  • analysis and support about the feasibility of applying tax exemptions to employment relationships established by companies;
  • opinions on company spin-offs, transfers of (branches) of the company, personnel reorganisations, multiple individual redundancies and collective redundancy procedures;
  • drafting of contract transfer agreements;
  • fringe benefits: attribution to employees, contribution and taxation;
  • preparation of internal regulations on different topics such as working hours and reimbursement of expenses and trips, etc..
  • preparation and updating of the disciplinary code according to the provisions of law and collective agreements applied;
  • support in the management of company remuneration policies through the preparation of incentive plans, MBO, and medium and long-term premium award letters.
