  • opinions on staff reorganisation, collective redundancy procedures and/or multiple individual redundancies;
  • support and assistance in dismissal procedures for economic reasons;
  • union and administrative support and assistance for company and personnel reorganisations and collective redundancy procedures under Law 223/91 and/or multiple individual redundancies,
  • assessment of company costs in the event of individual and collective dismissal and quantification of the “risk cause”.
