Compulsory placement L. 68/99 including complaints, conventions and exemptions
  • examination of the company’s employment situation for the purpose of verifying the company’s compliance with Law 68/99 on targeted placements with disabilities;
  • preparation and sending of annual information sheets for the disabled;
  • request for clearance from the offices responsible for employing disabled staff and request for a calculation for workers who have become disabled during permanent employment;
  • verification of feasibility required conventions and/or exemptions pursuant to Law 68/99;
  • transmission and active monitoring of ex conventions. Articles 11 and 11 of the Treaty 14 L. 68/99 to comply with the obligations to employ disabled personnel;
  • active transmission and monitoring of partial exemption requests to comply with the obligations to employ disabled personnel;
  • support in the identification and request of contribution incentives related to the recruitment of disabled staff.
