  • establishing communication and modification and termination of employment relationships with the Employment Centre for Territorial Jurisdiction;
  • calculation of labour costs and determination of severance packages;
  • administrative assistance in the dissemination of social safety nets and associated procedures;
  • management of the obligations in relation to CCNL;
  • administrative obligations regarding travel, posting and transfer (in Italy and abroad);
  • assistance and advice on the modification and resolution of employment relationships;
  • assistance in the resolution of administrative disputes at the Commissions and Offices of the Territorial Labour Inspectorate, social security and insurance institutions as well as the Financial Administration;
  • management of obligations ex L. 68/99 (drafting and sending of information sheets for the disabled, conclusion of conventions ex Art. 11 and ex Art. 14, request for no impediment to recruitment and calculation of the reserve quota, etc.);
  • drafting and sending of the ISTAT prospectus for equality between men and women;
  • drafting of the annual trade union communication for temporary workers (art. 36, paragraph 3, Legislative Decree 81/2015);
  • assistance in the formulation of agreements with provincial administrative bodies for the targeted and disproportionate integration of disabled people into the company over time;
  • social safety nets;
  • preparation and revision of internal regulations and disciplinary codes;
  • management of surveys for ISTAT, IRAP, Auditors, IAS etc.
