COMPULSORY ANNUAL COMMUNICATION OF TEMPORARY WORKERS 

Companies that used, during the year 2022, workers on a staff leasing basis, must make an obligatory annual communication to the company trade union representatives (rappresentanze sindacali aziendali, RSA) or the unitary trade union representation (rappresentanza sindacale unitaria, RSU) or, failing that, to the regional trade bodies of the comparatively most representative trade union associations at the national level, with data on the staff leasing contracts concluded in 2022.
