Minimum salaries will rise from \u20ac4,660 in 2026 to \u20ac5,140 in 2028.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CFMT welfare credit<\/strong>: an annual credit of \u20ac1,500 is granted for the 2026\u20132028 three-year period, to be used through the CFMT platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mario Negri Fund<\/strong>: gradual increase in contributions payable by both the company and the executive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Antonio Pastore accident insurance<\/strong>: the annual premium paid by companies increases from \u20ac410 to \u20ac560 per insured person<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contribution incentives<\/strong>: starting from 2026, they will no longer be linked to the executive\u2019s age but may be used only once during the executive\u2019s career, for a maximum of two years (three in the case of a fixed-term contract).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Active labour-market policies for outplacement<\/strong>: starting in 2026, the company contribution to the CFMT for executives\u2019 job relocation will amount to \u20ac2,000.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tutela in caso di gravi patologie<\/strong>: per i dirigenti con disabilit\u00e0 pari almeno al 74% \u00e8 prevista una copertura sanitaria FASDAC interamente a carico del datore di lavoro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our team remains available for any further clarifications.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The draft agreement for the renewal of the National Collective Agreement for Executives of companies in the tertiary, distribution, and services sectors has been signed, with effect from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028.
