{"id":9510,"date":"2025-11-12T16:54:15","date_gmt":"2025-11-12T15:54:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/observatory\/nuovo-bonus-mamme\/"},"modified":"2025-11-27T10:42:06","modified_gmt":"2025-11-27T09:42:06","slug":"new-moms-bonus","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/en\/publications\/new-moms-bonus\/","title":{"rendered":"New Moms\u2019 Bonus: applications by December 9, 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With Circular No. 139 of October 28, 2025, INPS outlined the rules for the \u2018New Moms\u2019 Bonus,\u2019 which provides for the payment of \u20ac40 for each month, or fraction of a month, during which an employment relationship or self-employed activity exists in 2025, up to a maximum of twelve monthly payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The bonus is granted to female workers with an annual income not exceeding \u20ac40,000 when they are mothers of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>two children, the youngest under ten years of age;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>three or more children, the youngest under eighteen years of age.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, for mothers of three or more children, the benefit does not apply during periods in which they hold a permanent employment contract. In fact, until December 31, 2026, they can benefit from the full exemption from social security contributions provided for by the 2024 Budget Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"755\" data-id=\"7817\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-1024x755.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7817\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-1024x755.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-300x221.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1-768x566.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/1.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The amount of the Bonus, exempt from taxes and contributions, will be paid in full in December 2025, subject to submission of the application to INPS by December 9, 2025.
