Under the provisions of the decree, the initial allocation of 30 credits may be increased to a maximum of 100, upon demonstration of specific qualifying criteria. These include: the length of registration with the Chamber of Commerce, with points awarded proportionally to the number of years of registration; certification of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGSL) compliant with UNI EN ISO 45001; adoption of an Occupational Health and Safety Management and Organisation Model (MOG-SSL) validated by a joint body; possession of SOA certification in category I or II; and a positive assessment issued by a joint body following consultancy and monitoring activities.
