These provisional amounts are to be considered advances against what will be paid following the renewed CCNL, effective from its initial start date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minimum wage increases from August 1, 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of <strong>August 1, 2025<\/strong>, minimum contractual wages will increase under the following CCNLs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CCNL Footwear Industry;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CCNL Funeral Services (FENIOF).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CCNL Expirations \u2013 August 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following CCNLs will expire in <strong>August 2025<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>CCNL Advanced Tertiary Sector (ANPIT, CONFIMPRENDITORI, UNICA, CISAL);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CCNL Education, Training and Culture Bodies &#8211; FIDEF (formerly CONFIMPRESEITALIA).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CCNL Executives of Zootechnical Bodies \u2013 Contractual vacation allowance In August 2025, in the absence of contract renewal, Executives and Directors with the \u201cQuadro\u201d classification are entitled to a provisional wage element equal to 50% of the programmed annual inflation rate, calculated on minimum contractual wages.
