The incentive is aimed at permanent hires and conversions to permanent contracts for workers under the age of 35 and consists of a 100% exemption from social security contributions payable by the employer, up to a maximum of \u20ac500 per month per worker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"937\" height=\"1024\" data-id=\"504\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Servizio-HR-Advisory-937x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-504\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Servizio-HR-Advisory-937x1024.jpg 937w, https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Servizio-HR-Advisory-275x300.jpg 275w, https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Servizio-HR-Advisory-768x839.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Servizio-HR-Advisory.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 937px) 100vw, 937px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The measure is also conditional on the absence of previous permanent employment relationships.<br>The additional requirement, effective from July 1, was introduced following guidance from the European Commission, which requested that net growth in the total number of employees in the company be included among the eligibility criteria for spending under the youth employment incentives programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/en\/osservatorio\/green-light-from-the-european-commission-for-youth-and-women-employment-incentives\/\">INPS\u2019s<\/a> message also notes that, in accordance with the new provisions, the application form already in use for requesting the contribution exemption has been updated.
