{"id":8258,"date":"2024-11-27T11:15:45","date_gmt":"2024-11-27T10:15:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/?p=8258"},"modified":"2024-11-27T11:15:47","modified_gmt":"2024-11-27T10:15:47","slug":"renewal-of-the-national-collective-labor-agreement-ncla-for-industrial-executives","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/en\/observatory\/renewal-of-the-national-collective-labor-agreement-ncla-for-industrial-executives\/","title":{"rendered":"Renewal of the National Collective Labor Agreement (NCLA) for Industrial Executives"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On November 13, 2024, Confindustria and Federmanager signed the renewal agreement for the NCLA for Industrial Executives, introducing several new provisions effective from 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Firstly, the minimum salary for executives will increase to \u20ac80,000 in 2025 and to \u20ac85,000 in 2026, compared to the current \u20ac75,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additionally, by March 2025, a one-off payment of 6% of the gross annual salary received by the executive in 2024 must be provided by employers to cover the 2024 period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Regarding variable compensation, starting from January 1, 2025, it will become mandatory to adopt an MBO (Management by Objectives) system.
