{"id":5196,"date":"2023-02-10T09:17:01","date_gmt":"2023-02-10T08:17:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/observatory\/hr-capital-e-de-luca-partners-lanciano-una-nuova-task-force-dedicata-al-whistleblowing\/"},"modified":"2023-08-09T14:20:53","modified_gmt":"2023-08-09T12:20:53","slug":"hr-capital-e-de-luca-partners-lanciano-una-nuova-task-force-dedicata-al-whistleblowing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/en\/osservatorio\/hr-capital-and-de-luca-partners-launch-a-new-whistleblowing-task-force\/","title":{"rendered":"HR Capital and De Luca &#038; Partners launch a new Whistleblowing task force"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>A new task force made up of HR Capital consultants and the Compliance Focus Team of De Luca &amp; Partners has been set up to support companies in implementing the new Decree<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our company is launching a <strong>new task force<\/strong>to support companies implementing the<strong> Whistleblowing Legislative Decree<\/strong>,which requires employers to put in place a system of protection and <strong>safeguards<\/strong> for persons who <strong>report <\/strong>crimes and irregularities in the course of a public or private professional relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Decree implementing <strong>EU Directive 2019\/1937<\/strong> on the protection of persons who report breaches of law introduces important measures for <strong>preventing and combating corruption <\/strong>andensures the utmost confidentiality of whistleblowers, the persons involved and the content of the report itself, extending the obligation to put in place a reporting channel to all<strong> companies <\/strong>with<strong> more than 50 employees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The task force set up by HR Capital is a dedicated and <strong>already operational<\/strong> practice, even at this stage of the Decree&#8217;s pre-officialisation. The task force was created <em>in synergy with experienced compliance professionals from the law firm De Luca &amp; Partners<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The focus team created from this synergy of expertise is able to offer the necessary <strong>legal support<\/strong> to assist client companies in adopting the necessary <strong>procedures<\/strong> to ensure corporate compliance with the law, and also provides an <strong>intuitive SAAS computer system<\/strong> with all the features required for the implementation of a <strong>system<\/strong> for <strong>reporting <\/strong>any abuse and harassment at work, respecting the <strong>confidentiality<\/strong> and <strong>protection<\/strong> of whistleblowers. The task force also provides a <strong>constant monitoring<\/strong> service to ensure that any reports received are correctly addressed and handled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;The Task Force set up together with De Luca &amp;
