{"id":2344,"date":"2021-03-29T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-03-28T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/observatory\/support-decree-the-news-on-wage-subsidies\/"},"modified":"2021-03-29T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2021-03-28T22:00:00","slug":"support-decree-the-news-on-wage-subsidies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/en\/osservatorio\/support-decree-the-news-on-wage-subsidies\/","title":{"rendered":"Support Decree: the news on wage subsidies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On the 23<sup>rd<\/sup> March the so called &#8220;Support Decree&#8221; entered in force and introduced additional measures to support businesses following the protracted epidemiological emergency COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, the wage subsidies have been extended for additional 13 weeks for the so called CIGO (applied, for example, to companies of industrial sector) covering the reduction or suspension of the business for the period from 1<sup>st<\/sup> April to 30<sup>th<\/sup> June 2021.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, as regards the FIS and CIGD wage subsidies (applied, for example, to companies of trade sector), additional 28 weeks of subsidy have been introduced to cover the period from 1<sup>st<\/sup> April to 31<sup>st<\/sup> December 2021.<\/p>\n<p>No additional INPS contributions in charge of the employer are due for the new weeks of wage subsidies provided by the new Decree.<\/p>\n<p>INPS applications to access to the above subsidies must be submitted by the end of the month following the one in which the suspension or reduction of business began.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On the 23rd March the so called &#8220;Support Decree&#8221; entered in force and introduced additional measures to support businesses following the protracted epidemiological emergency COVID-19.
