{"id":2228,"date":"2011-02-02T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2011-02-01T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/observatory\/companies-join-the-fight-against-stress\/"},"modified":"2011-02-02T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2011-02-01T23:00:00","slug":"companies-join-the-fight-against-stress","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/en\/osservatorio\/companies-join-the-fight-against-stress\/","title":{"rendered":"Companies join the fight against stress"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>The permanent consulting commission on health and safety on the workplace, composed, according to article 6 of Legislative Decree 81\/08, of representatives of the Ministry, the Regions and the social partners, has completed the methodological instructions for implementing the agreement on work-related stress, signed on 8 October 2004. <\/h3>\n<p class=\"MsoNormalCxSpFirst\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 0cm; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-add-space: auto\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US\">The permanent consulting commission on health and safety on the workplace, composed, according to article 6 of Legislative Decree 81\/08, of representatives of the Ministry, the Regions and the social partners, has completed the methodological instructions for implementing the agreement on work-related stress, signed on 8 October 2004. <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US\"><o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormalCxSpMiddle\" style=\"text-align: justify; text-indent: 0cm; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-add-space: auto\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; font-size: 9pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US\">The Commission specified that the assessment of the stress factor must be made during the normal assessment of workplace risks.
