Fiom (the third Trade Union Involved) didn&rsquo;t sign this renewal. <o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt; text-indent: 0cm; text-align: justify\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US\">The main amendments which have been introduced are the following:<o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"mso-list: Ignore\">1.<span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US\">a medium salary increase of EUR 112 that will be paid in three period\/tranches, from 2010 to 2012;<o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"mso-list: Ignore\">2.<span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US\">the establishment of a bilateral authority and of a fund to give financial support to workers (from 2012); that fund will be increased by the companies and the workers (with voluntary contributions);<o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"mso-list: Ignore\">3.<span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US\">a monthly increase of the so called &ldquo;<i>elemento perequativo<\/i>&rdquo; of EUR 15 (from 2011) for the companies that don&rsquo;t apply the second level bargaining and for the workers that don&rsquo;t earn wage elements different from the elements of the engineering&rsquo;s collective bargaining (<i>elemento perequativo<\/i>);<o_p><\/o_p><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 36pt; text-indent: -18pt; text-align: justify; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial\"><span style=\"mso-list: Ignore\">4.<span style=\"font: 7pt 'Times New Roman'\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/span><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US\">an increase of contribution due by employers to Cometa fund (fund of supplementary benefit), effective from 2012.<\/p>\n<p> <\/span><em><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 9pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US\">(il Sole 24 Ore)<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoListParagraph\" style=\"margin-top: 0cm; margin-bottom: 0pt; text-indent: -18pt; margin-right: 0cm; text-align: justify; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 15 October 2009, Federmeccanica, Assistal, Fim e Uilm (respectively the Employers\u2019 Association and two out of three of the Trade Unions Involved) reached and signed the renewal of the Collective Bargaining Labour Agreement for Industrial Sector (for the period 2010-2012).
