{"id":5351,"date":"2022-10-25T12:08:10","date_gmt":"2022-10-25T10:08:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/mondaytip\/smart-working-due-regimi-applicabili\/"},"modified":"2023-04-14T14:16:43","modified_gmt":"2023-04-14T12:16:43","slug":"smart-working-due-regimi-applicabili","status":"publish","type":"mondaytip","link":"https:\/\/www.hrcapital.it\/en\/hrc-video-tip\/smart-working-due-regimi-applicabili\/","title":{"rendered":"\u2018Remote Working &#8211; Two Applicable Regimes\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hello everyone and welcome to a new HR Capital Tip!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The legislator has issued, &nbsp;one shortly after the other, two different smart working provisions, which has led to the introduction of two different regimes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the \u2018Simplification Decree\u2019 came into force, the ordinary smart working procedure was reintroduced from the 1<sup>st<\/sup> of September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The decree requires that employers are again required to sign an individual agreement with employees, as required by Law 81\/2017, in addition to sending the electronic communication on the Cliclavoro portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subsequently, however, the \u2018Aiuti-bis Decree\u2019 has extended the emergency procedure until the 31<sup>st <\/sup>of December 2022.
