Timeliness of expense report entries in accounting;

– Easier management of anomalies and disputes over authorisations and payments.

The expense report is managed through a fully virtual authorisation process.
In this way, the refund recipient can digitally upload the documentation, submit the request and wait for the authorisation from the manager or person in charge. The total of the various expenses can thus be imported for accounting into payroll and potentially transferred to any management program.
