  • identification of the social safety nets that the company could access;
  • assistance in the trade union phase and preparation of the related agreements (CIGO; CIGS; CIGD; CDS: FIS);
  • preparation of questions for CIGO, FIS, and CIGS applications at INPS and at the Ministry of Labour and through the cigsonline application for CIG questions;
  • monitoring of the approval process until the authorisation is issued;
  • operational management of direct payment requests from INPS or recovery of the wage integration treatment anticipated by the company.
