Payroll due diligence and analysis of pay, social security and welfare
  • examination and evaluation of all aspects of the employment relationship (individual employment contracts, economic treatment, performance of the employment relationship, terminations and modifications and compulsory recruitment under Law 68/1999, etc…);
  • regularity of the Single Book of Labour and compliance with the legal requirements and collective agreement;
  • regularity of monthly and annual payroll obligations (i.e. CU, INAIL Self-Liquidation, 770);
  • assessment of the propriety of INPS, INAIL, supplementary funds, and other institutions insurance positions;
  • assessment of potential liabilities vs employees or vs social security and insurance institutions;
  • assessment of potential disputes and social security and administrative cases and/or those concluded for which payments, including instalments, of contributions, penalties, and interest are still due.
  • certification of the regularity of the company in every aspect of pay, tax and contribution related to the employment relationship.
