Consulting in the start-up phase

Consulting in the start-up phase
  • analysis and verification of the documentation related to the Chamber of Commerce registration and corporate purpose of the company;
  • in the case of company acquisitions, carrying out a Payroll Due Diligence with the aim of ascertaining the correct management of the payroll process and the correct payment of tax and contribution withholding taxes;
  • applicable CCNL comparison;
  • opening of INPS, INAIL positions and registration for social security contributions;
  • construction of the employee’s compensation package;
  • information on the necessary obligations in the field of health and safety at work.

In addition, we are able to provide the necessary managerial support, even during the start-up phase of representative offices, branches and foreign companies’ branches in Italy through:

  • requesting the company’s tax code from the Revenue Agency;
  • requesting the tax code of the lawyer representing the company in Italy as well as the employees who are not in possession of an Italian tax code but are to be hired in the representative office.
