Administrative Management of Commercial Agents

We offer various services related to the administrative and accounting management of agents: from the processing of commissions and social security data (ENASARCO) to the calculation of severance packages (FIRR, supplementary customer allowance, meritocratic allowance, etc.) in compliance with the Collective Economic Agreements of the category.

The ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT OF COMMERCIAL AGENTS service includes all the activities useful for the calculation of commissions and the compilation of the information notes to be delivered to agents, as well as the related tax and social security accounts.

Monthly Fulfillments:

  • preparation of the amounts due by way of commission;
  • preparation and printing of the information note to be delivered to the agents;
  • preparation of IRPEF amounts due as withholding taxes;
  • elaboration of the F24 model for the payment of withholding taxes.

Quarterly Fulfillments:

  • preparation of amounts due as an ENASARCO contribution;
  • ENASARCO contribution report.

Annual Fulfillments:

  • preparation of the statement of compensation;
  • preparation of FIRR payment forms at ENASARCO.

Obligations resulting from the termination of the employment relationship:

  • preparation of amounts due for the termination of each employment relationship (supplementary allowances for customers, FIRR, meritocratic allowances, etc.).
