Tertiary Sector Executives National Collective Agreement: the 2026–2028 renewal has arrived

The draft agreement for the renewal of the National Collective Agreement for Executives of companies in the tertiary, distribution, and services sectors has been signed, with effect from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2028.

Main new provisions introduced:

  • Salary increases: monthly gross raises of €320 from 2026, €260 from 2027, and €220 from 2028 are envisaged. Minimum salaries will rise from €4,660 in 2026 to €5,140 in 2028.
  • CFMT welfare credit: an annual credit of €1,500 is granted for the 2026–2028 three-year period, to be used through the CFMT platform.
  • Mario Negri Fund: gradual increase in contributions payable by both the company and the executive
  • Antonio Pastore accident insurance: the annual premium paid by companies increases from €410 to €560 per insured person
  • Contribution incentives: starting from 2026, they will no longer be linked to the executive’s age but may be used only once during the executive’s career, for a maximum of two years (three in the case of a fixed-term contract).
  • Active labour-market policies for outplacement: starting in 2026, the company contribution to the CFMT for executives’ job relocation will amount to €2,000.
  • Tutela in caso di gravi patologie: per i dirigenti con disabilità pari almeno al 74% è prevista una copertura sanitaria FASDAC interamente a carico del datore di lavoro.
