What do you expect from this event? With what mindset are you preparing to take part?
We are taking part in #GHRSummit26 with great interest, recognizing this event as one of the most important opportunities for discussion within the HR community. Events like this represent a valuable chance to engage with companies, professionals, and industry partners, sharing experiences and perspectives on the transformations shaping the world of work.
For us, it will also be an opportunity to present the evolution journey we are currently undertaking and to introduce some of the key developments within our organization, including the launch of HR Capital Consulting STP, our new professional firm dedicated to labor consulting.
In your opinion, what are the main HR trends for the next 5 years?
In the coming years, the HR function will be increasingly influenced by digitalization, the use of artificial intelligence, and more efficient and integrated organizational processes. Companies will rely more and more on data analytics tools to make strategic decisions about people management—for example, to identify the most suitable candidates during recruitment, monitor internal skills, and develop effective talent retention strategies.
This “data-driven” approach will enable organizations to make HR processes faster, more accurate, and aligned with business objectives. At the same time, however, technology will not replace the central role of people. Attention to employee well-being will remain essential, with more flexible working models, initiatives to improve quality of working life, and strategies capable of balancing business performance and work-life balance.
In this context, at HR Capital we continuously invest in innovative solutions to support companies in managing these transformations. We offer specialized consulting and advanced technological tools that help organizations make HR processes more modern, effective, and people-focused. We believe that technology is a powerful ally for the future of human resources, especially when combined with professional expertise and a strong focus on human capital.

Corporate well-being is no longer just a benefit: how is the concept of welfare evolving to meet people’s real needs and concretely improve quality of working life?
Today, corporate welfare is no longer just a set of benefits, but a strategic tool to concretely improve the quality of working life. Regulations allow, under certain conditions, goods and services provided through welfare plans to be excluded from employment income, offering tax advantages for both companies and employees.
Beyond these aspects, welfare is increasingly responding to people’s real needs, with services ranging from support for family expenses and public transportation to supplementary pensions and additional healthcare coverage.
Technology also plays a key role: the digitalization of welfare systems simplifies benefit management, improves process efficiency, and provides employees with easier and more immediate access to services, making welfare increasingly integrated and “smart.”
Are there any new developments you will present at #GHRSummit26, or a product or service you would like to highlight?
At #GHRSummit26, we will present one of our main new developments: the launch of HR Capital Consulting STP S.r.l., our new professional firm dedicated to labor consulting services.
With nearly 40 years of experience in the HR services sector, this new structure has been created with the aim of making our consulting offering even more specialized, efficient, and closer to companies’ needs. The STP is fully integrated into the HR Capital ecosystem and will work in close synergy with payroll professionals and the team dedicated to HR technology solutions.
During the Summit, we will highlight this new organizational model, which combines professional consulting, operational expertise, and digital innovation to support companies in addressing the growing complexity of HR management.
It will also be an opportunity to present how HR Capital Consulting will collaborate with De Luca & Partners, with whom we share values and approach, integrating our activities with labor law expertise, industrial relations, and privacy, to provide increasingly comprehensive support to organizations.
